Founded in 2016, Beneath the Surface Consulting is a business management consultancy specialising in social performance, complex communities and stakeholder engagement, skilled facilitation for strategic planning, training and development services.

BTS has experience working with industry across a variety of sectors, all levels of government, community-controlled organisations and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, including a significant number of projects successfully delivered in rural and remote areas of Australia.
