Effectively managing social performance risks and opportunities

LOCATION: Western Australia
TIMEFRAME: 2019

BTS Consulting led a review of early communities and social performance risk assessment and strategy development activities for the planned closure of Rio Tinto's Argyle Diamond Mine. This work included development of a detailed stakeholder engagement strategy to effectively manage engagement activities, provide clear and consistent messaging, establish timing and sequencing of engagement activities with Indigenous and non-Indigenous community, government and regional business stakeholders.
