·Ben has led the facilitation of the engagement, consultation and agreement-making processes between Government (Local, NT and Australian Government) agencies and local Aboriginal Corporations across several remote Aboriginal communities in NT. This has included managing all negotiations and processes to establish agreed local decision-making (LDM) frameworks, including development of Guiding Principles, LDM community priorities and action plans to support a wide variety of social and economic projects and transition of services from Government to community-led delivery.
